Dealing with grief and the loss of a loved one is a gradual process. The Bereavement Journey Course is currently being run by many churches in the UK and beyond and is hosted by St Anne's Bagshot. The course is open to individuals who have experienced bereavement at any point and in any manner.

 

 

 

 

Topics Covered include:

 

  • Attachment, separation, and loss

  • The impact and pain of bereavement

  • Adjusting to change

  • Dealing with anger and guilt

  • Coping with the reactions of others

  • Moving forward in a healthy way

  • An optional 7th session exploring the Faith perspective
