St Anne’s Faithful Fellas (a.k.a. the men’s group)

We are starting a new men's group (called Faithful Fellas) at St Anne's on 07 June.

The group will meet once a month on Saturday morning. Doors open at 8.30am for coffee, newspapers and informal fellowship. Cooked breakfast will be available from 9am. Cost is £7.50 per head.

We are planning on putting together a programme for the rest of the year but wanted to keep the first meeting open to hear your thoughts and ideas - so do put your thinking caps on.

If you're wondering what the group is all about and how it relates to our Church Development Plan - here is a summary of our thoughts:

'Our group provides an inclusive, supportive and friendly environment in which strangers can become friends, fun can be had, worries can be shared and faith explored. We mostly meet as a men’s group, but also have regular events to which we invite all members of the community. Our group seeks to be a place for those seeking fellowship in the broader Christian context of our church and local community. It provides an opportunity for people across all sections of society to connect in a friendly and supportive environment and as such it is an important part of how we understand our commitment to being an Inclusive Church: Everybody is welcome – saints and sinners - nobody is judged or turned away but embraced and loved.'
