This Christmas season we will be welcoming many new faces through our doors at concerts and services, many of whom might know very little about what Jesus got up to once he left the manger, but might like to find out more.

So, this Christmas we are doing a Gospel Giveaway! We have copies of St Luke's Gospel in an easy-read format, at the back of church. If you're welcoming someone to one of our Christmas events or services or chatting with them afterwards, please invite them to take one, they are free.

Inside the books is an invitation to come back to discuss what they think of it in an informal Book Club - to which anyone is welcome and it would be great to have a few 'regulars' there as well! Book Club will meet in the Church Centre on: 7th Jan at 8pm, 9th Jan at 2pm, and 17th Jan at 9am for an hour of conversation over light refreshments.

Please note - We've got 60 copies to give away so if you already have a bible at home, please don't take one yourself, as if we all took one we'd have none left to give away! If you do have a bible at home, Advent might be a good time to read through Luke's Gospel again yourself, perhaps praying for those who are reading it for the very first time.
