Surrey Heath Deanery Growing Leaders Course Sep 2023 - June 2024

What is Growing Leaders? 

Growing Leaders is a Christian leadership development course, designed to enable churches to develop leaders at every level of church life.  From September 2023-June 2024 we will be running this course as a deanery, open to Christians in any church in Surrey Heath.

Who is it for?

Growing Leaders is for any Christian seeking to grow in leadership within their present area of ministry or elsewhere. ‘Leadership’ does not just include doing things at the front of church but rather taking initiative and moving forward with others in all areas of church and community life.  Growing Leaders is not for just one type of person, but for a whole range of different types of people who want to serve God and lead others for the good of the Kingdom.
